Not What We Expected

We where hoping that this one would be sweeter, however it turned out to be very dry and back sweeting it did improve it some. Perhaps thinking a Moscato was a sweet wine was our mistake. Will try again with a Winexpert Kit On the positive it was a smooth wine, just not what we wanted

Just got it in the bottle. Going to age it for a few months

This is my second batch of Moscato. So easy to do. Everything is included in the kit. Juice, yeast, clarifying agents. I will order again. I highly recommend this product.
