All is going well, it should be ready to bottle in a week or two. I’m anxious to taste it. I’m hoping there will be as big a difference in taste as there is between old vine zin and Zinfandel.

This wine gets better with age. Drank a few bottles at 3 weeks, but at 4 months lots better
