Easier than I thought it would be.

Haven't tried the final product yet, still in cold crash. But it tastes good for a 4 week old brew

While it will be a year or so before I drink any of this wine, I have made it before with good results. Anyways like the Sommelier Select wines.

Just bottled the Chilean Malbec today and it tastes very good for a green wine. I look forward to how it will taste in a couple of months after aging!
