Processing of doing a lawn reno. I decide to go with Zenith Zoysia grass seed. I'm glad I did in less than a months time I darn near have a full lawn. Yes I prep the lawn, I tilled it and mixed it with Black Cow. Also used a lawn fleece to secure the seeds. I had little to no wash out. Fast germination with the lawn fleece. I'm very satisfied. 5500SF 8lbs of seed.

Still waiting to see if my 'over seeding' begins to green up. I'm watering daily and beginning to see sprouts. Fingers crossed.

Bad seed

It’s been 4 weeks and only 10% of the seed germinated in a 1400 square foot yard I tilled it raked all the excess debris I put starter fertilizer and pulverized limestone and watered it 3-4 times a day like the instructions told me too and still it failed I don’t recommend this seed to anyone it’s over priced and the results are bad
