Grass is really good! Customer service not so highly!

Bought 7 rolls total and had an issue with the initial 2 rolls growing any grass and followed the directions same as the ones after which did great. Reached out to customer service with pics of both and no response back. Great stuff if you don't have any issues.

I’m probably doing it wrong….

Product is SUPER easy to roll out and keep moist. Amateur Tip…. Make sure your yard is level BEFORE you roll it out. I’ve got grass growing in spots, but not everywhere and it’s probably only 10% of my yard that’s actually growing. Product clearly works, but I’m clearly doing something wrong. It’s no pellet smoker (set it and forget it). Not sure I’m going to do next to fix my yard.

Two purchases

My original purchase has been quite slow to grow but the follow up is filling in much better. I believe they sent the wrong type of grass the second time but it may be the better choice. Confused.
