The pillow itself it great but I am removing one star only because it is not deep enough for my neck. Service was great and it arrived quickly.

Its a good heavy pillow that's a bit too thick but it would be perfect if I had to sleep on the floor. My bed is soft so my body weigh makes me sink in the mattress a bit causing my head to tilt up too much since the pillow is pretty thick.
