Amazing quality and customer service.

I've spoken with customer service a few times to make absolute certain I was making the best decision on firmness of the latex topper I was going to buy based on my needs and they were so prompt to call me back when I needed it, and answered all my questions with patience and confidence. I've only had it for about a week now and from the first night my sleep definitely improved, I was uncomfortable waking up 5 to 7x a night before this topper and night one I slept all through the night, now I wake up once or twice MAX so I will still see a chiropractor about that later on. I was gonna go with the firm option, but was convinced to start with medium and I'm glad it was suggested and the return/exchange policy was also easy to find and read on the website on my own time before ordering. High Quality Latex Topper

The Dunlop Latex 3" Mattress Topper was excellent quality. At this thickness, the topper was supportive, and yet very comfortable. The customer service was superior. We highly recommend them.

3" Dunlop topper

I purchased a 3" Dunlop topper for the existing 5 years old coil spring base. It's been great for my back, although a little firm for the shoulders, but I thought a talalay topper would be too soft, I plan on using a better stretching mattress protector to aid in the compliance. This should last a lot longer (5 years) than all of the original layers of gel foam and pillow top. But what a great company to deal with, the employees answered my questions easily and completely on both times I called, and the website also had plenty of information, this makes me feel like they care about their customers, I definitely recommend them.
