So fresh and great flavor! I used the aloha smoke to make huli huli chicken, the everything seasoning for mac salad and the stir fry seasoning for a 5-veggie stir fry, and the Mai ke Kai in some jasmin rice. I cooked for 20 of my community members and they all loved it! I also told communitu (many of who are elderly) that Kailua Seasoning Co salts are healthier than regular table salt.

Great tasting and one jar arrived broken and promptly replaced!!!
