Chili Lime Seasoning

I always bought Alchemy spices when we lived in Chattanooga. Now that we live in Tucson AZ, I’ve learned to embrace the heat in the weather and in my food. Thus chili lime is perfect in quac, on burritos or anything else that could use a touch of old Tucson flavor. That you for another great addition to my spice cabinet!

I just tried the Chili Lime seasoning with my breakfast and worked great. I made some Mexican eggs with Chorizo, onion, garlic, jalapeno, and serano with the chili lime as the main spice and the flavor was wonderful. Different than the other spices I usually use, that would be Mole and cloud nine chili. A much better breakfast spice. Next time I will mix in a little Mole and i think that will be my go to.
