Beats the Summer Heat

Nice sock, which I am now using instead of thick all-cotton no-shows (other brand). I put the no-shows over my custom inserts instead of wearing socks on my feet in the summer. I like how these merino wool socks wick moisture and can be worn for several days (aired out at night) before washing, unlike the cotton no-shows I had been using. They are surprisingly NOT itchy even in the summer heat. The Men's version in large fits my inserts better than Women's large (and I now have some Men's as well) but they only come in black, and I like the Women's oatmeal color a lot, as it blends with my tan sandals. One star less due to sizing being a bit small for my inserts.

Great socks with dress shoes!

Like all Darn Tough socks the fit is perfect and they are the most comfortable socks on the planet. The only reason for only 4 stars is they don't stay on with ALL my shoes. They are fine with my dress shoes but the heel slips when I wear them with my sneakers. But really, that's not what I bought these for so overall, they are great.

Wanted to love, but…

Wanted to love this style but the heel would not stay put and kept sliding into my shoe. I will continue to support and purchase from Darn Tough, it’s just this style didn’t work for me.
