My first time trying the ultralight run socks. . . and they're a little too light for me. I like the cushioning in DT socks and these don't have any (duh, ultralight!). But that's not why I took off a star: these "no show" socks do show in all of the athletic shoes I've tried them with. That's not a deal killer for me but I know that might make some folks crazy.

Worth Every Penny!

I absolutely love these socks! I live in Texas, where it gets extremely hot, and these keep my feet comfortable without making them sweaty. One of the biggest reasons I switched to Darn Tough was because I have ingrown toenails. I was previously a Bombas customer, but their socks would put pressure on the sides of my toes, making my ingrown nails incredibly painful. I’ve been wearing Darn Tough socks for a couple of months now, and they’ve made such a difference. They don’t pinch the edges of my nails, and my feet are so much more comfortable throughout the day. Perfect summer socks!

These are great socks. After ordering my first pair and giving them a try, I quickly ordered a couple more (love the different colors). During the summer, I like ultra thin socks and these are perfect! They stay on, keep my feet from overheating, and are really comfortable throughout my run.
