No Warranty
My experience with customer service was horrible. My smoker was purchased on Temu and the service rep informes me as such there was no warranty. So to get the brand new smoker, just out of the box working I was forced to purchase the burner blower fan. Incidentally the new unit failure caused a small fire which fortunately was contained. I am camping in the forest. The part purchased restored the unit to working order. 5 year warranty? Not so much!

Poor description
I tried to purchase the item that was in the picture a 120v 7w combustion fan and was sent a 12vdc fan. Trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare and they send emails that have typing over typing multiple times for some reason and it makes their response illegible. Wish I could have found this blower somewhere else but no one makes the same exact one that matches cfm and rpm.
