Chicken Bone Broth - Pure & Unflavored

I am using it today to make a classic “Beans & Greens.” It’s an assemblage more than a recipe, here goes! One head of escarole, one head of garlic, one can of butter beans and a jar of Fond chicken broth. Garnish with fresh pesto, shaved Parm and serve with a hunk of sourdough. YUM!
