Jackery Solar Panel DC Charging Cable

To be honest this is the third charging cable I've had to use. The first two melted at the connector port from heat (?) but this third one somehow works best. It doesn't have the ports to charge directly from the panel, but it does charge my Jackery 1000 just fine (so far lol)

Replaced part immediately for free

I unplugged a solar panel from my HomePower 3000. The cord came away but part of the plug remained in the Jackery. I’d only used it for about 2 months. I wrote to customer support. They immediately mailed me a replacement cord. I feel very good about the company standing behind its products.

After my week of hoop jumping you completed the task. It should have been maybe two days at most. I'm not sure I received the cable with the original order which just adds the cost of the most recent item as insult to injury for another $31.00. I will, however, give 5* based on total product quality and past service.
