Rover Li 20/30/40 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller

We got this 20amp MPPT solar charge Controller to replace the OEM PWM in our 2016 Serenova. The idea was to keep the OEM 200w solar panel on it's own circuit and take the power and dump it on to the bus bars to add to the charging power to the Renogy GO Further 7.6k system with Shadowflux technogy. Separating the two systems kept the Shadowflux panels operating at full effientcy while upgrading the charging potiental for the OEM 200w unit. The connection was simple and we were able to disconnect the OEM converter which freed up a slot in the breaker panel and created additional space under the dinette while simplifying that leg of the charging system. Huge fan. We just tested they enite system with a 4 night get away only using solar power to charge the Renogy 600AH lithium batteries. We were able to utilize Air Conditioner, microwave, induction cooktop, gfi outlets, morning and night without any concern of running out of power. The entire system was a great value and would highly recommend.

This solar charge controller works great! I'm under utilizing its capacity but it does the job for me.

I haven't used it. I expect it to perform as well as the others purchased in the past. That's why I bought it. It is stored for a spare if and when it's needed.
