300 arrived damaged

My Elite 300 arrived with a broken screen, most likely broken by FedEx shipping. Aden from Bluetti was phenomenal replacing it. I have not had the opportunity to use the replacement however once I do I will be more than happy to post a review however if it works anywhere near as good as the service provided by Bluetti I am confident I will be pleased.

Works better than I had hoped for. It runs 2 refrigerators and nite lights and a fan. Stays charged on solar, it will be great if needed for storms.

So far this power station has exceeded expectations. We cannot wait to take it on an adventure for some real world testing
