Compact Foldable Manual Treadmill

Good investment, great workout

I am very happy to have found this folding treadmill, it is perfect for my little room. It's a great workout! There is quite a learning curve, at least for me, because it's a different experience than a motorized treadmill. With my old one, I could walk for 20 minutes quite quickly without feeling much of a strain. On the Sunny, I'm feeling the burn in five minutes! I even have it on blocks to lower the incline, because it goes too fast for me to keep up and I can't seem to tighten the tread enough. As I progress and get better at using it and build up endurance, I can take the blocks away, but it's working great for me at the moment. I expect to be using this for a long time, because it feels very sturdy and it is so easy to fold up. I like the gadget holder, though it is the flimsiest part and may not last long. I haven't used the app yet and probably never will to be honest, so I don't know how good it is.

Missing critical feature.

The fact that it doesn’t come with a way to adjust the speed is absolutely wild to me. My fault for not looking deeper but I guess I assumed it would come with such a simple feature. Disappointed.
