Love having the paper copy! So much easier to keep track of exercises when it's as simple as grabbing the book and flipping to the right exercise for the day.

I love it! The whole structure of only doing two exercises per workout really lets me take them to absolute failure. And it doesn’t take that much time or equipment! There’s really no excuse not to buy this program guys. It’s perfect if you have a busy life. I used to spend 6+ hours a week in the gym. Now I’m home with my family more and they’re joining in with me. :) Thanks for the knowledge, Hampton. Have a beautiful life.

I have an MSEd in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer/wellness coach since January 1999. I am also a secular homeschool parent entering my 19th school year next month, organizing activities for our homeschool community.
I bought the Hybrid Calisthenics ebook last fall and enjoyed reading it. The images and descriptions of the exercises are fabulous, so I decided to buy a book, or a set of cards, for each of the homeschooled teens who attend our activities regularly.
I'm excited to give the books to the teens next week at our last activity before we start our school year.
