I really like these rings. They're adjustable in ways that make them useful for everything from kids playing, athletes training, and old people pulling themselves up off the floor. Just make sure you don't bump your head on them because they're solid. They'll bump you back.

I bought these for my wife as she is looking for a low impact upper body exercise. Now I am using them as well as my 10 and 8 year old boys and even our 2 year old daughter.

I already did as soon as I received them . I particularly liked the length of the straps . Makes them more versatile, especially outdoors . Rings are large enough for my average size adult hands. I doubt that I'll tempt fate by trusting the buckles on the straps to support my weight without adding a couple of half-hitches to add strength . David S
