Love the colors

Perfect but........

The doormat is great, beautiful colors and I think my kids will love it at Christmas. However, it was folded in half when shipped, which left a deep crease right down the middle of the mat! Why wasn't it rolled to prevent this? I am going to try using a steamer or iron to get the crease out.
