Freeze Dried Whole Hatch Chiles

Truthfully, I have not tried them yet. Basically, I just need to figure out how I can make a dish using them. In the past, I used your frozen green chilies in salsa and with enchiladas. That’s probably what I will do with them when football season starts. Sorry I can’t give you more information.
