Comfortable, but slightly difficult to install
I was having serious issues last year with my supposedly ergonomic grips causing all sorts of pain and numbness. The survey recommended that I get this grip and I’m happy with them so far. The numbness and pain has decreased significantly. I got the small sizes and have narrow shoulders, so I think the narrower position availability is also helpful.
The only difficulty I had was in installation as the screw goes in under the grip in the widest part and is hard to see. It’s also easy to miss the hole for the clamp.

Large hands
I bought the GT1 hoping they would be better go large hands thank goodness they were. I have only road twice with the GT1s on and I had no numbness at all. Just a much better fit for me.
