I purchased these recently and have been wearing them from dusk as recommended. I recently wore them in the laundry mat in the evenings where there's exposure to blue and green light and slept well each evening. I also am noticing that they work really well as l am yawning again and they and getting to sleep immediately once l hit the pillow 😀🙏 I have also reordered a 2nd pair different style with stronger readers. My original order l did only get them as 1.0 readers but will still wear them when l don't need to read or use for driving. I highly recommend these and so glad l stumbled across when researching Blue light exposure. Thank you Block Blue Light ♥️ 🙏
