Works extremely well. I have an L5-S1 fusion from 2009 that has created issues over the years as I have "gained more birthdays". This has required me to modify workouts or sometimes get shots. As a 83 year old personal trainer, I am able to wear the belt & not be concerned with past issues

Core kit

I love the product. I have my Payne tremendously. I love the new strap with the core patch patch were very well, but you have to buy the stickies every month. That’s a bit of expense, the feet patch mine work better by turning them upside down with blue up in the copper down and I did not receive a free patch

Travels well!

I ordered the Core + Step Combo just in time to take on a three country pilgrimage in Europe. I only had the shoe inserts before, but the combo really made a difference in my comfort walking uphill and several miles each day over a two week trip. I felt limber and there were no twinges of pain throughout the long days. I even forgot to take analgesics, but didn’t regret that. Thanks Signal!
