No directions, no power cord. The QR code with directions was for another product. I almost had to cut it out of my hair because it would not have the power to move. Horrible! because of my move, it was too late to return, so $79 down the drain!

Cannot get it to work for me. Contacted seller and they responded once with no help on refund and will not respond to continuous requests for refund. Would not buy from this company again.

Unit does not work, when you press start nothing happens. Not getting quick responses to return. Very Disappointing.
