Spanish Sage

I use this as a spray. I add a few drops in distilled water. It’s better than burning sage if the smoke irritates your eyes. I love the smell!

I purchased Spanish Sage Essential Oil because I love the smell of sage. Little did I realize the meditative and relaxing properties this oil evokes. A dab behind each ear or at your temples and relaxation is there for you. It's a wonderful oil to use before bed to help calm any anxiety and help you rest.
