Reconditioned keg

The first reconditioned keg was totally unsatisfactory in appearance and ability to use. I could not even open the lid, and it had a very old and not practical air lock. However, the replacement keg was excellent in appearance, and I could actually open the air lock. Northern Brewer stood by their word and provided me with a quality reconditioned keg.

Pinlock kegs

Bought 4 of these, so far so good, they're not pretty and need a thorough clean inside and out but I prefer pinlock to ball lock for my keezer setup I built two months ago. Life is great with kegs and no more bottles. If you are on the fence Go for it! You won't regret it....unbiased review except of my bias against bottling!! NEVER AGAIN
