My go to yeast for my sour beer.
I have been using OYL-212 for over 3 years now after I wasn’t able to get the Wyeast Roeselare blend. The beer ages well as I have a constant blend of old an young going.

Great For Dry Funky Ciders
Most of the ciders I make I usually make on the dry side and this was an excellent choice. Gave it a nice crisp clean finish with just the right amount of funk and intrigue.
