Carter Carry Travel Mug

Both 12 and 16oz slide mugs I have bought are great. First, the ceramic liner inside is a great addition for easier cleaning and avoiding leftover taste. Second, the slider lid is a joy to use. One advice for people having challenges drinking hot from 16oz; get a 12oz. The shallower the cup the easier it gets to drink hot drinks. The fullter the mug the easier it gets. .

I love the Carter Carry Travel Mug - especially the little splash-protecting filter that sits inside. It makes it perfect for using while in a moving car. The design and build quality are all excelelnt. The reasons I gave this 4 stars instead of five are that (a) the actual color of the mug is a bit different from the sky-blue color shown on the website; it's not exactly the color I was expecting, and (b) the custom engraving that I had looks smaller and less visible than it looked in the rendering when I was placing my order.

My wife and I got two mugs a 12oz and a 20. They are exactly what we are looking for. The carry handle is so functional and is kinda cute on the 12 oz one. We highly recommend them. The negative was in shipping and communication. I ordered extra lids for our mugs and my wife's straw lid was not included in the original package. This is fine, mistakes happen and it is not that big a deal to reach out and ask for it to be sent. I sent an email requesting the lid and included my order number. I also requested faster shipping because the free shipping on our first order took a week and a half or so. I got no response to that email. Instead, a day or two later I got an order confirmation email for the lid. I wasn't charged but it seemed excessively efficient to not reply to my email and to only fix the mistake. Again, not a positive experience but not a big deal. Then it took at least a week for the lid to get here. That was not a big deal but again was a negative experience. I still highly recommend the cup. It's worth the wait.
