Sensuous and Intriguing

Bastille Perfumes weren't on my radar until I discovered Paradis Nuit in a Credo discovery set. I'm usually drawn to vanilla, amber, and spicy scents so I was surprised how Paradis Nuit drew me right in. I can't stop smelling myself! The cacao and hay notes are warm and rich and the soap accord is just marvelous, evoking the experience of nuzzling up to someone post-shower. This is a perfect evening or date night scent but subtle enough for daytime in the cooler months. So happy to have discovered this brand and Paradis Nuit in particular.

Not the scent I expected

Based on the description/reviews I blind-bought this because it sounded like I would love it. It was much sweeter than I thought it would be and ultimately did not have enough earthy notes to work for me. Definitely a warm fragrance though
