Angel Dust by Fugazzi

My bottle arrived completely broken in half and all fragrance leaked out. It was in a small bubble mailer in a little black velvet bag with virtually no protection at all. I do not know why anyone would mail a bottle of perfume like this. Just cracked right down the middle and completely broken. I have emailed twice with absolutely no response. I’m very frustrated.
