Flavor!
I ordered a ribeye, a filet and Berkshire pork chops. The flavor was outstanding, better than I expected. My wife loved her filet and kept talking about the rich beefy flavor and tenderness. My ribeye, medium rare, was a "religious experience". I seasoned with only Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper so we could enjoy the full flavor of the beef. The pork chops were delicious and juicy, full flavor that took me back to when I was a kid and pork actually tasted great and had the right amount of fat . No pigas on a low fat diet. I will order again. Well worth the cost and we love supporting a local business.
