Comfy and durable, but a warning about set up

A great product that I'm sure we will love for years, but the set up is very difficult. There is so much tension to install the stabilization bars on either end that we reached out to customer service since we assumed we received a defective hammock. . . Seems to be a known issue considering they responded so quickly with a well-done how-to graphic and explanation: you must use a shoe-horn or a metal spoon to get the metal bars in place. Kudos to the quick response & we're happy with the hammock now, but it took days to troubleshoot and we almost returned it.

I did a LOT of research before I found this hammock on line. The best hammock you can buy. Very heavy duty, great materials and construction. If you’re hesitating I would tell you not to - you wont be disappointed.

This is a perfect hammock for back yard lounging. It’s very comfortable and it dries quickly after rain. I have it set up between two large deciduous trees and we love laying there and watching the canopy play in the wind.
