Absolutely love the coverup! Better communication on when it’s shipping would have been great. But based on the product quality, I would buy from them again!

Love the product! It is cute & comfy. Was not happy that I was told it was shipping 6/1 snd I had to reach out to the company five weeks later to find out it was not shipped! The whole process took over six weeks! Very frustrating!

Where do I even begin…I dont typically leave negative reviews…but I need to rant into the void on this one lol. I ordered 2 coverups. They were preorders. The first was set to ship 6/3, second set to ship 6/18. I got 0 updates on any of the tracking info until like 6/20. So I thought they just shipped both together, cool. Nope. Then once again, no updates, tracking info, etc. I tried to contact someone, got the auto reply everytime…except the one time I got a survey about their CUSTOMER SERVICE when I had zero interaction with any customer service to review. The company clearly has time to run marketing campaigns. If they can’t keep up with supply & demand, AND HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE…then they shouldn’t be firing away the texts and emails that they do.
