I think they work best on a hard floor. No so much on carpet.

Junk save your money!!! I loved them at first but 3 months into using them on my Titan Evo XL 2022 the wheels started to bend and break off which left hundreds of little greased up ball bearings that looked like pellet gun BBs all over my floor. 6 months later my vacuum is still finding them. Keep in mind I'm 250lbs on a good day but these wheels were VERY cheaply made. The wheels the chair came with are way better they just don't look as good as the soft rollerblade wheels.
