Smooth Vinegar

This is one of the best vinegars my family has ever tasted. Just the right amount of tang and smoothness. It tastes so great on salads and am going to try it as a marinate for chicken. Any recipes for that? Thank you for the option of ordering on line and having this and your wonderful olive oils delivered out of state!

I just started using it. I've been putting it on fresh sliced chilled cucumbers. I like the slightly sweet taste it gives on the cucumbers. I still need to make a vinaigrette salad dressing . I think it should be great on fresh summer salad.

Love it. Floral so good for veggies. Use it often.
