On Time and Communicative
In the past I expressed concern about a refund but the team really turned everything around and made my exchange process really easy. Customer service is a delight and they talk you through any concerns. I appreciated them working with me to make sure I had the right dress in time for a wedding! Also the dress is amazing there’s pockets haha

Beautiful Style
I am 5'2 so I'll need to get the length taken up. I ordered size 4. The waist line is a good fit but the top bust area is large on me with small cup size. I'll have to get additional alterations done. Material feels good, nothing itchy or scratchy.

Beautiful!
I ordered this dress fairly last minute for a wedding, so needless to say I needed it to fit with little to no alteration. Thankfully, it fit beautifully out of the bag and I didn't even need to hem it. My only complaint is that if you are not very careful, some of the strings holding the beads to the top will get pulled very easily. Regardless, this purchase was very worth it!
