I prder a bridesmaid dress that is for my friend’s wedding in October 2025! And its such a pretty dress and love the color. But I had to order another size due to it being a different style and not all dresses are true to size! Thank you :)

Beautiful dress, sizing was awful

The dress is absolutely beautiful, color and design. Unfortunately the sizing is way off. Following the instructions on the website, I found my measurements put me between an 8 and a 10. They recommended going up to the largest measurement, which turned out to be my hips pushing it to a 10. Since that is the loosest part of the dress design, I wish that they had recommended instead to disregard the hips and go for bust and waist instead. The dress is way too large, fallinh off my shoulders, and I have to get it altered to essentially be a size smaller. I'd highly recommending changing the sizing recommendations for designs with a loose skirt like this to only account for hip and bust measurements.
