Mens Tie

Ordered a pair of ties and pocket squares for my daughter’s wedding. I had to return them due to slightly different color and reorder in different shade of blue, but they didn’t let me return passed the standard return window. No refund or credit offered. Now I’m stuck with a pair of unopened brand new ties and pocket squares. I was told a manager would call me back and never heard anything. Bad customer service.

All pieces came in and were the color ordered. No complaints

Slow

These all took forever to get to me. I ordered them in April and they didn’t arrive until 3 days ago (end of May) and the information for tracking was terrible. It was unclear when things were shipped and I’m transit. I would not do this again especially for the price.
