Worst Service Ever

Site said 3-5 day shipping and that it was in stock. Only after ordering was it changed to a nearly 2. 5 month delivery date. Called customer service, no response. Texted their help line, no response to this date. Emailed their help line, no response to this date. Drive an hour to visit a store, they redirected back to phone call saying they couldn't do anything since it was an online order. Called again, finally someone answered only to say they couldn't do anything. Product eventually came arriving just a day before the event but terrible service and terrible transparency. Would never order again.

Horrible store at Springfield

Awful service!!!… they ordered the wrong dress! . They wanted to order it again and would’ve arrive 2 days before the store is closing!! My friends dress was shipped to the store instead of the house!. . and when I asked for a discount on the hemming of the dress , they said bluntly no that they couldn’t! Rude manager and associate!!! At the Springfield store!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

I ordered 8 pocket squares. I'm missing 2 terracotta pocket squares.
