Love the new knives. Never had good knives before, but received one a few years ago and liked it so much I have been purchasing additional knives. I see there is a 25% sale now. My most recent order was placed within the last 39 days. Can I get a refund?

Didn’t realize it was so small. Find it difficult to handle. Also did not know there was a lifetime warranty on your knives. I bought my 8” chef knife while in culinary school in 2002 and the handle broke off about 5 years after. It was still my favorite knife that’s why I bought another. Is it too late to be compensated. I no longer have a receipt. I bought it in a specialty store they was recommended by by school Nycct
