The bottle and personalization were great, but I would not be truthful if I didn't mention that due to inventory issues I didnt receive my bottles for over a month. I had to to call and ask what happened to my order. Only then was I told that one of the bottles was no longer in stock and I had to pick another one. This was very annoying but I understood. I just wished I would have been told this 2-3 weeks prior. Then to top it off I got an email informing me that I had an open invoice. When I called the Custom Branding customer rep., she said it was just over $1 that I owed and they would take care of it. I thanked the lady and expected delivery within the week. A week passed and I got the same email again. I called again but this time the rep made sure I wasn't charged and pushed my order through. I will say the customer service reps were both very nice and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. The lesson learned is that I should have followed up sooner and not assumed it was just a small delay due to production backup.

I have bought 11 of the Owala tumblers for my work friends. I had our business logo and their name put on the tumbler. Everyone loves them! Designing the personalization on their website was very easy and they delivered the tunlets very quickly. Highly recommend.!

The order was easy to upload, add and edit our custom logo. Shipping was fast and the custom water bottles look amazing!!
