Stylish but stiff fabric

The Barbara Bootcut Jeans in Petite - Quinn have a really smart, stylish and feminine cut. The petite length is spot on, I’m 5ft 3 inches, sitting perfectly with loafers while still being long enough to wear comfortably with heels. The bootcut shape is flattering and versatile, making them easy to dress up or down. My only criticism is the fabric. The denim feels quite thick and rigid, and it doesn’t hug the hips and drape as naturally as I’d hoped. As a result, it made my thighs appear larger than they usually do, despite wearing my normal size 2 petite. If the material had a little more softness these jeans would be close to perfect.
