Short Sleeve A-Line Dress

If only…

Love the colors in this dress and the lightweight, airy fabric! I would have given it a five-star rating if I didn’t have to get it shortened! I’m not sure how the powers that be at Karen Kane choose which garments are also offered in Petites, but it always seems to be the items I love don’t make the “cut,” lol! I therefore have to consider the cost of alterations in the number and styles I select. This dress made the grade!

Beautiful Fabric

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, too small. I sent it back and did not seek an exchange because the soft material and location of the pockets draw attention to my “high hip” and the dress bulges, so slightly, due to the pocket bags. Even in the correct size, I think I’d have the problem since I did wit the Quinn V-neck dress. Also, the fabric on the trapeze dress and the Quinn dress is a soft, brushed knit. This feels like a slightly dresssier fabric.

Dark color

I was disappointed with this dress. The material seemed cheap and the turquoise was a lot more muted than expected. I’m usually satisfied with Karen Kane’s quality items, but this didn’t measure up at all.
