I had great experiences with the team at Elecrtastim every time I’ve needed them. I bought a piece of theirs from another vendor and it didn’t work. Unfortunately the other vendor was in Amsterdam, so returning it wasn’t financially logical… shipping would be more than the piece costs. The folks here said without hesitation that I could send it to them and they’d replace it…I wa amazed! They replaced it within a week… I am still amazed how nice they were and how quick they fixed the issue. They’ve earned my future business that’s for sure!
