Excellent service

I have not yet built/played my new bass with this new bass neck, but it looks good out of the box. We'll see how it actually plays in a few months. AE Guitar's service was impeccable - really above and beyond. The US Post Office tracking system was glitchy (down for part of the time). Instead of making me wait to see if the neck was in transit, they shipped an entirely new one, by FedEx, expedited, at no cost to me. They really do provide stellar customer service.
