The weight of the breast keep moving the staps , it wouldn’t stay in place, over all the cup size was perfect

I ordered the size that was recommended by their website after a short quiz. I exchanged that size for the next band size up and kept the cup size the same thinking that would help me not spill out of the sides. In reality I should have gone up a cup size as well. I feel that the fit quiz could be improved to include not just current bra size and fit but also breast shape and fullness. This would give a more accurate sizing recommendation. I feel that if I hadn't missed the exchange windows and had gotten the right size this would be a great fit.
