I have spent decades searching for the perfect bra, and now the search is finally over. It has no underwires, offers full coverage, and provides amazing lift. Best of all, it's comfortable enough to wear all day without counting down the minutes until you can take it off when you get home.

Response time

I received my bra and realized it was the wrong size. Apparently for the bra I ordered the sizing is different. I went through process to set up an exchange. But then realized that we have a retailer in town and wanted to just return item and try to find the correct bra/size in store. I messaged company on Sept. 30… and received an automatic response from AI. I tried to adjudicate issue with the system and answers didn’t work. I sent another message again and the response told me if I respond again… it would push back my response. I had a simple question and was told response are typical within 1-3 days but could take up to 30 days!!!! That’s ridiculous. I wanted a person to respond to my simple question. It’s now Oct. 20th and I haven’t had a response! I ended up returning bra and will just want for the exchange…. Which I have no idea when I will get a new one. In short. Customer service is awful! I ordered from a competitor and the response time was amazing. So disappointed. 20 days later and no response???!! Unacceptable.

So close to perfect

I’m a 32F and after trying all other EB bras this was the only one that worked. It’s the first bra that I have ever been able to wear during that day and could sleep in! It’s also my first unlined bra and it still gives pretty good definition and support. I ended up buying 3, so clearly I do think highly of it to make that investment. The return policy was also AMAZING. I literally tried 7 different styles and shipping was always free. That spoke volumes to me of how far this company would go to make sure I’m happy. Now for the small downsides: I find that the pads give an unnatural shape, but I always remove them anyway. I’d also like to see a bit more separation and a lower cut for future as it only fits under 50% of my shirts. I’d also love it to come in more colors as those of us with “not your average” bra sizes are typically relegated to the ugly bras so the fact that this also doesn’t come in all the great colors other bras do feels like a let down.
