Magnesium spray

It’s did help me sleep when I used it twice, but the spray is very sticky even after applying it to the bottom of my feet and to my legs. Each time I let it dry for a good 10-15 minutes. My feet, legs, and hands were tacky. And when I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, my feet were still tacky, and my legs were still tacky. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing the magnesium spray again. I have discarded what I purchased.

The magnesium spray is helping my husband sleep better at night. We love it!
