Fit and finish is pretty good. All switches could benefit from the added smoothness and some switches can also benefit from scratch noise reduction. If you have several expensive boards and don't have one of these, you don't know what your missing out on, this is the next stage of an endgame. Just needs an updated user manual to make things easier and avoiding some users from breaking stuff, which I'm sure many in the community will happily write one.
